Classic client answer to any question involving two options:
“Well, let’s try it both ways and see how it looks.”
I mean this would be okay if I were being paid by the hour, but considering that I’m usually being paid by projects…I’d die.

After presenting the first draft of a case study template, my client distributed the pdf to his staff for comments. His Account Manager came back with amongst others, these two examples of genuine constructive feedback (and by constructive feedback, I mean hilarious drivel):
1. I like the design, but I’m not sure latin is the best language to use in the case study.
2. Who placed these statistics? I have no idea why we would want to track the most popular domestic pets in Afghanistan and present this as a pie chart in our case studies.

After I sent a client a mockup with lorem ipsum as filler text:
It’s good but there is a weird language on the page. It will either need to be translated or removed.

$1,000 is very expensive, you know. We only want a simple website with our current contents, and contact form as well. And don’t forget about CMS features. We want to add or edit content on our own. And the picture gallery, we want something that stunning and animated. The header should be animated as well. And our logo seems too old, can you design new logo for our company? But the best price we can offer is $300, and we think that’s more than enough
