My weekend: A home-cooked seafood dinner, a surprise trip to Disneyland, drinks and dinner at Geisha House, clubbing at Highlands, a one-night stay in Hollywood, AYCE sushi, and a Star Wars marathon.

The trick, I think, is to find somebody who treats you like you’re his Valentine all the time. I’m lucky I did.

Sigh! gonna quote Teresa’s 2nd to last sentence as “words to live by”. guess Sunday night turned into something unexpected for me as well, buuuut we’ll keep that on the DL :)

  2. Well that's unfortunate

setting: I drove* to Costco and decided to park a little farther away where there were fewer cars.
mom: Can't you park closer?! It's so cold! I don't want to walk so far.
me: It's not that far...and I don't know how to park there.
mom: You should just stick to public transportation then.
me: I should just move to Chicago or New York.
mom: Your income will never allow you to live in either of those places.
*: It should be noted that I've only been driving for less than a week.

  3. If people keep focusing so much on documenting their life on Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, etc., when will they have time to actually live it?

My friend once “accused” me of not living in the moment, because I said, “I can’t wait to blog about this!”

  4. Job searching is like really bad dating, even worse since you have to write a thank you letter afterwards, and get enough courage to try again the next day. As Randy Pausch said “Brick walls are there for a reason, they let us prove how badly we want something.” Appropriate for an architecture graduate, no?
